See the difference. Taste the difference. Love the difference.

Judy’s Müesola is a unique and luxurious twist on the classic Swiss recipe. Extra delicious. Extra nutritious. You can see the difference. You can taste the difference. You’ll love the difference. The difference lies in the generous – and perfectly balanced – portions of seeds (6 types), nuts (4 types), fruits (except the Totally Fruitless version) and natural oils (3 types, no canola) that Judy adds to the foundation of gluten-free rolled oats (no oat flour or other fillers). A splash of maple syrup is used to enhance the bold flavors (without making it sweet). Then the mixture is lightly toasted for lasting freshness. All the ingredients are responsibly sourced from certified organic suppliers.

Judy’s Müesola is the thinking woman’s (and man’s) cereal. Low carb. Low sugar. High fiber. High protein. Heart friendly. Vegan friendly. Dairy free. Soy free. Additive free. Zero trans fat. Zero cholesterol. Zero sodium. Enjoy it as a snack or a hearty breakfast. Sprinkle it on ice cream. Use it as the topping for a fruit crumble. You’ll love it!

JuDy says …
Granola is typically nothing more than rolled oats, sweetened and toasted. Sometimes a few seeds and nuts are added. And it usually contains canola oil! Muesli is typically 90%-plus rolled oats and/or wheat, plus a scant sprinkling of seeds, nuts and dried fruits. My Müesola is a luxurious and perfectly balanced blend of all the key ingredients. It looks better and tastes better – and it’s better for you.

Ingredients (Original Deluxe): gluten-free rolled oats, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, almonds, cashew pieces, pecan pieces, walnut pieces, cranberries, currants, raisins, chia seeds, poppy seeds, maple syrup, water, almond oil, sesame oil, walnut oil.

About Judy

I am an ageing (gracefully, I hope) hippie: health-conscious and forever suspicious of microwave ovens. Growing up in the sixties, I got into organic foods before they were called organic foods. Whenever possible, I made my own.

When the time came, I even made my own baby food. With my two small sons, I lived on a farm where we raised chickens, goats and pigs. And we grew a variety of vegetables and fruits, canning everything in sight. I also made my own bread, which was at first not appreciated by the two boys. “Why do we have to eat bread full of rocks and sticks?” they complained. I suspect there were times they begged the neighbors for a slice of white.

I started Judy’s Foods in order to bring my passion for healthy eating to the growing number of people who are demanding food that satisfies the soul as well as the stomach. I want to help foster a new food consciousness and change the way we look at what we eat. Thank you for joining me in this quest!

I acknowledge my husband, Stephen, and the many friends whose steadfast support helped me achieve my vision, especially Janice Cordner for her extraordinary talent and commitment to the project.

Stephen is a successful entrepreneur in his own right. You’re invited to visit him at www.literarytoursengland.com.
